What you WILL DO:
As a Senior Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating credentialing, re‑credentialing, privileging, and enrollment for providers and clinic sites with state agencies and insurance payers. You will review applications, verify documentation, track renewals, maintain databases, and prepare credentialing correspondence and reports. You will also investigate adverse findings, support committee reviews, and manage payer credentialing and Medicare/Medicaid enrollments. You will ensure all records remain accurate, compliant, and up to date while recommending improvements to credentialing processes.
Who YOU ARE:
- An experienced credentialing professional with 7+ years in the field (or equivalent combinations) and ideally hold a CPCS certification and/or an associate degree.
- Knowledgeable in Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, HRSA and Joint Commission processes, and provider privileging requirements.
- You can work on‑site in Dallas, travel locally between clinics, and maintain required immunizations and medical clearances as required by the organization.
