Clinic Manager II

JOB STATEMENT

Responsible for the administration of patient care services in a large clinic setting, or two smaller clinics in scope.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise and support clinical staff, fostering team dynamics.
  • Train personnel on procedures, compliance, and quality. 
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and billing to meet budget guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and facility safety.
  • Implement and maintain Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and emergency readiness.
  • Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
  • Collaborate with department managers for operational improvements. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years in healthcare industry & 3+ years in management. Clinical experience preferred. 
    • Development and facilitation of training programs. 
  • Knowledge:
    • Working knowledge of CLIA, OSHA, NCQA, and Joint Commission regulations/requirements.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Data entry
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Abilities:
    • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
    • Ability to sit for majority of the shift.
    • Must be able to bend or stoop.
    • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted.
    • Must have good vision (e.g, near acuity and depth perception)
  • Other:
    • Must be able to work some Saturdays and travel locally.
