JOB STATEMENT

Responsible for overseeing patient care services and clinic operations.                                                                                                                       


JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring team efficiency.
  • Train personnel on procedures, compliance, and workflows.
  • Monitor quality control tests and billing activities.
  • Manage staff schedules and coordinate with HR for staffing needs.
  • Ensure inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and facility safety.
  • Oversee Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model implementation.
  • Recommend facility modifications for compliance and emergency readiness.
  • Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
  • Collaborate with department managers for operational improvements. 



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare, preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2+ years in healthcare industry. Clinical experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge:
    • Working knowledge of CLIA, OSHA, NCQA, and Joint Commission regulations/requirements.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Data entry
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Abilities:
    • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
    • Ability to sit for majority of the shift.
    • Must be able to bend or stoop.
    • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted.
    • Must have good vision (e.g, near acuity and depth perception)
  • Other:
    • Must be able to work some Saturdays and travel locally.
