JOB STATEMENT
Responsible for overseeing patient care services and clinic operations.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring team efficiency.
- Train personnel on procedures, compliance, and workflows.
- Monitor quality control tests and billing activities.
- Manage staff schedules and coordinate with HR for staffing needs.
- Ensure inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and facility safety.
- Oversee Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model implementation.
- Recommend facility modifications for compliance and emergency readiness.
- Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
- Collaborate with department managers for operational improvements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare, preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in healthcare industry. Clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of CLIA, OSHA, NCQA, and Joint Commission regulations/requirements.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Data entry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Abilities:
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to sit for majority of the shift.
- Must be able to bend or stoop.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have good vision (e.g, near acuity and depth perception)
- Other:
- Must be able to work some Saturdays and travel locally.
