What you WILL DO:
As a Grants Manager (Private & Federal), you will lead the full lifecycle of grant development — researching prospects, preparing and submitting proposals, and managing reporting for foundation, government, and corporate funders. You’ll collaborate across departments to gather program data, build budgets, and ensure compliance for active grants. You will maintain accurate records, steward current funders through updates and site visits, and contribute to development materials that highlight the organization’s impact. Your work directly supports annual fundraising goals and strengthens the organization’s ability to grow, innovate, and serve the community.
Who YOU ARE:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, or a related field.
- You bring 3+ years of grant writing experience, including work with government and foundation proposals, compliance, and program development.
- You excel in persuasive writing, editing, time management, critical thinking, and producing clear, compelling content.
- You maintain required immunizations & medical testing in alignment with organizational policy.
- Comfortable traveling locally (Dallas-Fort Worth), when needed.
