What you WILL DO:

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks to keep all clinic buildings safe, functional, and in excellent condition. You will complete daily building checks, respond to work orders, repair fixtures and equipment, and handle minor mechanical and plumbing issues. You will perform drywall installation and repair, interior and exterior painting, and general handyman work. You’ll support room setups, maintain inventory logs, change HVAC filters, assist vendors on‑site, and ensure facilities remain clean, organized, and ready for staff and patient use. Your work directly supports the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our buildings and contributes to a positive environment across all locations.


Who YOU ARE:

  • Experienced technician — You have 5+ years of maintenance experience, or 3+ years as a Maintenance Technician plus trade school certification

  • Formally trained — You hold an Associate’s Degree in Construction, Management, or a related field, and maintain a valid driver’s license.

  • Knowledgeable in building systems — You understand basic electrical principles, plumbing concepts, and the use of standard hand tools

  • Mechanically capable — You can troubleshoot issues, repair equipment, and complete hands‑on tasks safely and efficiently

  • Detail‑focused — You maintain accurate logs, complete work orders correctly, and follow established procedures

  • Physically able — You can lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for most of the shift, bend, stoop, and climb.

  • Safety‑compliant — You can complete required training (e.g., OSHA 10), maintain immunizations, and work in environments with weather exposure or biohazard risks.

  • Flexible with scheduling - You can work occasional Saturdays, night shifts, and travel locally between clinic locations.

  • Must be able to maintain required immunizations and medical testing as required by the organization.
