What you WILL DO:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the daily upkeep, safety, and functionality of all clinic buildings and equipment. You will complete assigned work orders, perform general repairs, assist with mechanical and plumbing tasks, maintain inventory, and ensure facilities are clean, secure, and ready for use each day. You will interact with vendors, support room setups, manage equipment repairs, and help maintain building systems such as HVAC filters and structural components. Your work keeps the environment safe, efficient, and fully operational for staff and patients.
Who YOU ARE:
Experienced in general maintenance — You bring at least three years of maintenance experience and hold a valid driver’s license.
Knowledgeable in basic building systems — You understand hand tools, basic electrical principles, and basic plumbing concepts.
Mechanically inclined — You can troubleshoot issues, repair equipment, and complete hands‑on tasks safely and efficiently.
Organized and detail‑focused — You maintain accurate logs, track supplies, and complete work orders with precision.
Adaptable and dependable — You can lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible schedules (including occasional nights and Saturdays), travel locally, and handle exposure to weather or biohazard conditions.
Must be able to maintain required immunizations and medical testing as required by the organization.
