What you WILL DO:

As an Executive Assistant, provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO, board members, and leadership team within a Community Health Center. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare agendas and materials. Handle confidential correspondence, greet visitors, and direct calls professionally. Prepare reports, contracts, packets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe. Maintain records, update contact lists, support basic accounting tasks, and ensure office supplies and equipment are well managed. Record meeting minutes, compile research and data, and assist with special projects as assigned.


Who YOU ARE:

  • 2+ years of executive support experience in healthcare setting. 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Able to travel between Dallas clinic locations & stay Up‑to‑date on required immunizations and testing.
